It gives me immense pleasure to share a few words about my experience working with Mr. Barath Vummidi during the joint development of our property at Madipakkam, now beautifully known as BBCL Aishwaryam.

Though the land parcel was relatively small, Barath and his team approached the project with the same dedication and attention to detail as they would a much larger development. What stood out most was the intelligent design and planning — every square foot was maximized to its full potential, ensuring not just economic viability but also a fine balance of aesthetics and function.

Even more commendable was Barath’s commitment to fairness. Despite the compact size, we were allotted two well-planned flats, a gesture that reflected his integrity and the value he places on long-term relationships with landowners.
